had cashier and person in queue behind me… cracking up… lol..cos I had to check … on price… was not mean but no BS.  Told her to be honest… she over charged $1per kilo for plums…. Hmmm… I carry on being the old mad lady… but truth was I could only see the 4 inch price… cos didn’t have my glasses.   Couldn’t read much else…lol anyway… I am in debit for laughs and cashing in on them. Said they need to be trustworthy. None of my family got proper attention when they needed it… so I am milking every opportunity…

@tonys my mental health and coping mechanisms require regular exercise. When the heat started I should have leaned into it and used it for a shorter more focused workout.
But I had a sook instead and did myself a disservice by not exercising during the week of hots.

Started with cardio in the gym followed by a sauna. It was the best thing I could’ve done for myself.

Went to the Shed in the PM. The ladies were faffing about with découpage - not my thing at all.

I’m going into the Shed tomorrow to make a couple of chopping boards for someone.

Oil of Cloves - test a patch on the paint first.

Teatree oil also works to stop mould.

You can get mould resistant paint.

@tonys If you keep talking like that, I’ll pack up the tools and drive over and you can employ me.

I want to have a go at Japanese Woodwork Joinery. But first I need to master Finger joins and lathe.

Not enough days in a week.

It is nice to read liveliness whilst away. 
My day amassed to quandary over x-man requiring his old cooking pot.

Upon this random visit, a duty fell short for the x-man deemed poor Alice inept for providing the wrong lid. 😂

If only Alice could stop being so muddled and do the right thing. 🤭 

The hatter, watched as Alice took to the cupboard, handing over yet another pot with a lid.
Only this time, he spat out his tea,

exclaiming in higher notes, no more nonsensical pot requirements.
Alice we simply have no time left.

When someone says to me,  "not enough days in the week"   I know they're doing life right.

Mate..   Maybe the pools the best place for thermo-nuclear weather intense exorcize.  I mean, I

know your   Tony Stark    " Iron man"   in drag,   Our little secret . . .  but hey.  Even tough guys get 

heat stroke.   You be careful in that heat Gal..    I"d be lost without you mate.. 

OK a test ..  I should have thought of that.     Well,   one drum of paint is about 8 years old.  White.

The other was about 4 years old .  Green.  And too dark.  Now the white paint smelt bad and had translucent brown

lumps of what looked like jelly fish all through it.  Smelt awful, my little helper was dry heaving. 

I put it through the spaghetti strainer,  added a wine glass of oil of cloves and poured  the green paint in.   Mix  mix   mix. . .

We ended up with 8  litres of premo looking gear.    Mate  . . hand on heart.  If you looked at the sink full of jelly fish,  then looked at the wall there no way you'd ever it was possible.

What kind of life form could evolve in a sealed up tin of paint in a dark shed.  Really sets the mind to thinking hey.  

Well there's  tons of handy man work on the coast here.  I found my helper on the coffs coastnjob market website when I still had the farm  But NDIS and aged,  in home care are always looking.  Lots of woman get a loan from centerlink,  By a ride on mower and some tools and they pull a couple of grand a week.  Cant get gardeners here. No one trims and weeds for less than 60 per hour.   My cleaning lady has zero cleaning gear.

She uses mine.  Only that she likes me or she wouldn't bother coming.  Told me straight.

Does your area not have tons of retired people too.  Maybe we are just coping the money river from 

Sydney.  I swear,  I'm the poorest bloke in my estate. North of coffs is all Indian community and even more cashed up than here.      Well I better go  @Glisten   chewing up forum parking space again am I.   Tomorrow the cleaner comes so I better tidy up for she gets here. .. LoL  .   But  Yes thats the bit I forgot to tell @StuF ..  I even help her cleaning.
