Well I'm back from the chemist. Had a granny moment on the way back. Was hoping to go to the restroom as I have incontinence but the janitor had washed the floor. There are no other toilets I know of in the precinct!!! Did not want to slip over a wet floor so thought gee I hope I don't pee myself in the middle of nowhere lol.
I really need to get my incontinence stuff organised. Have got the forms from the government incontinence program, plus my bowel scan reminder (the government knows more about me than I do!!! lol) Well I got home in a nick of time. I don't know what they offer as part of the incontinence program. Granny derps and maybe protective sheeting for your bed. Im not quite at that stage yet but thats what a friend of mine had. Well good for a bit of a laugh. I got home ok on the bus with waterworks under control lol

Hey @SmilingGecko ,
Without trivialising things, I really had to laugh at the way you posted and framed your previous post... your 'granny moment'.
I'm glad you have the bright chirpy spirit that you do 🙂
Have a good day!

@SmilingGecko needing to pee is also a common symptom of anxiety.
Happens to people all the time. Happens to me in the sauna, I thought it was because I was laying on my stomach. No sympathetic nervous system doing it’s thing.

Thanks a bunch @tyme. I guess that is the essence of this place. We carry small pieces of each other,
that lesser loads are better endured. I thank those who endure pieces of my load from time to time.
Always good to know your out there somewhere Thyme. Have a beaut day mate. tonys..

Well done on the chemist trip @SmilingGecko !
And so happy you made it home dry! I've begun experiencing a bit of that...the joys of getting older

I had no idea @Glisten I don't really get anxiety unless I'm under stress but its a sign of getting older according to my GP ❤️ I need to get on the incontinence program. Have been putting it off. I'm turning 55 this year. I just think of my poor friend having her granny moments too. It makes it hard. I have a toilet map GPS now so if I go anywhere I know where the pitstops are along the way. Its like the American Express ads from the 80's - "Don't leave home without them"! lol

I know @Shaz51!!! TMI lol Just checking out The National Toilet Map app now! My Dad back in the day used to have bladder problems and would have to map out his journey beforehand as there were no apps for this. Used to have a good laugh about it, but he took it in his stride. I really miss my father and his "army-style" humor
