Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member  Tapping - EFT

I was introduced to Tapping in 2008.

I use it when my anxiety is high.

Although I could probably use it while I’m listening to your meditation while I’m in the sauna.

Re: Good Morning!

Hey @Glisten I first got into TFT which was an offshoot of EFT. I used it for all kinds of things but recognise the value in it for removing delimiting programs and the recurring things we tell ourselves - the old mental mindsets that determine the course of our lives. I'm hoping to peel these back layer by layer in order to aid my soul growth and evolution this year. It just all has to go in 2024! 😉

Re: Good Morning!

Don't buy a hardcopy its a reference book @Glisten. Its overpriced in my opinion and the content only serves as a guidebook. Its not an intellectually stimulating read it just acts as signposts where you have to do the self reflective work.  You get prodded by her insights garnered from the Human Design system but ultimately is just a guidebook and nothing more. I'm using it for self awareness and to employ the EFT statements to let go of things I don't want. You can see a sample of the inside of the book and I think you will agree

Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member  I totally understand where you’re coming from. The unconscious mind is a powerful force.

You got to use EVERYTHING to deprogram and reprogram the unconscious. Not to mention trauma trapped in your nervous system.

It was all regarded as being very woowoo, but now has been given the of approval by science boffins.

You got to stay at it. Repetition to map a new neural pathways.

It can be physically exhausting re-wiring the brain 🧠
