Well there's still time if thats what you want to do @StanD  strangers can be the friendliest most helpful people. Re travel. Most of that probs behind me now, bit I still like long drives

Am hunting wabbits @StuF  ie being welly welly quiet.  Did a job on myself last nite. Tried to save coke got fm pub. Had some strong drinks. Most of coke was still there this morning . Made it to shop for snacks and microwave meals . Just been in and out of bed in between tidying and eating lol .

.. I didnt drive today @Former-Member  just hung around in Hay. didnt realise its only 5and a half hours drive tomorrow. I thought I had only got half way.

Hello @Glisten have just been reading an occult channelled reference manual (Human Design) on kindle.  In the book they get you to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to remove delimiting mental loops that play in your mind that hamper your personal evolution. I'll be using it a lot this year because I've found myself in a rut, that (EFT) and journalling might shift my situation. Glad I did not buy a big hardcopy book, as it was quite expensive but kindle is 80% cheaper. Trying not to spend!!!
