@TAB just doing health audios. My hair seems as if the original hair color is coming back. I don't have to buy hair dye with Hair Color Reviver mp3. I'll keep doing it to just see. I think it may be working
Got to to some myofascial bodywork today to release negative energy in my body. I always feel more open energetically after doing it. It lets go of so much trauma which is held in the musculature. I'm doing a session today which takes under an hour. Knew a former psychologist who said she got better results with it compared to talk therapy and I tend to think its true.
Was hoping to get into the garden today to do some weeding. May do it after lunch

hey @Former-Member . @Glisten @TAB Its yogurt boy here. Buy the time I finish my one finger south paw post, the internet drops out and thwarts my efforts. Lucky for auto save. Phone works but I have fat finger
syndrome. So, the phycologist and I are in pitched battle over a question. Is It bad form to re wrap
gifts and just recycle them back to someone else. I inadvertently gave someone a gift that by chance they
gave it to me 3 years ago. Yes I should have labelled incoming. I didnt. and now I'm in the dog box,
. . . again.
Well I saw the funny side, but, It was explained to me, there isn't one...
Honestly, the only things I got this year that are useful was a bottle of bourbon, gone already..
and and some Cuban cigars, obviously not real, but pretending they are. Am I the only autistic,
social misfit, that has a rewrap closet.
Its ok to take the shrinks side. Only way I learn is feedback, and the hard way..
Hope your all sunny side up. Should be out In a week or two, and up to no good again.
Haven't forgotten the pics of my bench tops @Glisten on the list.
Love reading your posts everyone.
I also have a bin of broken crockery and New years promises. Right next to the rewrap department.
Best wishes all.. @StuF @Historylover @Appleblossom @Sophia1 all citizen's of Sane.

@tonys Hope you are tending to your microbiome. The anaesthetic in surgery may have upset your tummy. I know the meds I take are known to affect the gut which is why I take a probiotic. If I don't take it I have issues with digestion. I take it every other day to cut corners a bit financially but use a multi strain version ie equal to or more than 10 strains of lactobacillus.
The Inner Health Plus you see on TV and in chemists only has 2 strains. Have heard naturopaths say you are better off with more strains so I get a brand with 10 or more.
You can also have kefir or kombucha which are fermented yoghurt and fermented sparkling tea respectively which someone can buy you from the supemarket. Coles and Woolworths sell it here
Gee thats a bit naughty doing a boomerang with a present. Good to have a bit of a laugh. Xmas is so materialistic anyway. I did not get anything for xmas. I gifted myself a yellow sapphire to work with vedic astrology/gemology.
I hope you are staying out of trouble up there! Talk later

Good Afternoon All ...
@Former-MemberThanks Bella. Ah there are some many layers about Christmas and people and giving and toys and playing and loving and learning.
The vision board sounds great. I have been preparing a clearer direction for myself for 2024 for the last month. Things are unfolding....hope we all have a decent year.
@TAB I get why you put your mum on a pedestal. She sounds an amazing lady. A woman into theology in the 1950s. I have only met a few. A rare breed.
@tonys Famous last words... We are working on it... makes ALL the difference if it is real or an excuse.
and everyone else ...

@tonys Hilarious 🤣 The Re-Gifting Debacle 2023.
You enjoyed their gift so much that you wanted them to enjoy one just like it.
Where the heck are these bench top pics?
😆 Big hugs G

Hello @Appleblossom yes good to be on track with 2024! My visionboard is at Officeworks being printed and laminated. I did not use magazines as I've done in the past. Could not get out to an op shop to buy old mags but doing it on Pinterest makes it a whole lot easier! Signed up to a Vedic fire lab this new years eve to appease the Gods and Planetary alignments for 2024. Hopefully it will mitigate difficult aspects. Just making some sweet potato bites then will do some myofascial bodywork. Its been a busy day. I try and squeeze in things but the hours just sail by

The camphor laurel bench tops in my old farm house. Way back I said I would send you a pic.
Well I do have time concept deficit, . . Guess it was further back than I thought. Anyway, Its the only thing I ever made out of wood that didn't look like a turd in a pool and I wanted to impress you. . . Ive solved it. All rebirthed gifts get a jam coat of paint before redirection..
Glad your glistening @Glisten . Have a top day . tonys

Guess there are exceptions to most rules @TAB re your mum ... not being typical of the times. That is kind of why I dont like many modern movies as historical cos they overdo ... the fashions ... and it looks too fake, almost caricatured and not varied enough ... to reflect the true looks of the times.
