It sounds quite logical, @SmilingGecko. Does he take them to a hive? Is he a beekeeper too?

Nah he was a pest controller @Historylover that removes bees wasps and all kinds of things. I have called bee keepers in the past but I have found it hard trying to get someone out to the property.
Swarm Patrol another internet mob is pretty cool though. Its a free service for bee enthusiasts to be linked to swarm alerts in their local neighbourhood. They come out to your property at no cost to you and take off with your bees. Had someone from there once but the bees got into the wall cavity quickly on Monday so needed it done there and then.

Yes @TAB I have used survival supplies australia before. Nearly forgot to include my solar radio in bugout bag. Will do that now thankyou. Included my solar phone recharger in it which I bought on ebay last year. Do you have a gas mask for smoke inhalation? I had one for many years. Just changed over the filters this morning. I have a Sundstrom which I bought on Absafe. I just buy new filters each year, the particulate matter gets out fumes as well as smoke its what fire fighters use. Got me through the fires several years ago when there was heavy smoke in the air. If you can't get a gas mask you can use a wet towel or facewash over your nose and mouth to stop the smoke getting in, that is what I learned online but you wouldn't use it to walk into a fire. Also antioxidants like Vitamin C or Glutathione to detox your body from smoke inhalation I read from a healer in the USA who recommended these things when fires were out of control over there. Antioxidants detox the body of foreign matter inhaled through lungs

He doesn't k l the bees, does he @SmilingGecko ? They are rather a priceless commodity these days. Jobs must be few and far between I would imagine, although enough to give him a living it seems (especially at your place).

Perhaps you should take up beekeeping @SmilingGecko 🤔.
