Re: Good Morning!
Bizarre about the b-word @Appleblossom !
Is there anything to be done for the lumbar beyond rest? Exercises etc?
Hope it's sorted soon

Re: Good Morning!
Hello @Historylover have been wanting to share latest info on boosting your energy while on your injectible med. Firstly a lot of these meds damage mitochondria, its only being recognised as a new science in the field of medicine. I think there was a site called mito-health or something like that name, that listed all the known meds with their effects on mitochondria. They both poison and damage this energy producing factory (mitochondria) in your body creating extreme exhaustion which is what you are going through now.
I have listened to audio interviews on this emerging science in years gone by. There are ways to cleanse and heal your mitochondria. Anyway here is an e-book on this topic. I recognise some things would not be advisable given your history of diabetes. You don't want to stress your body doing something like a Wim Hoff Iceman technique bathing in cold water for example to challenge your body to produce more mitochondria, same with too much exercise which is what you can't do now. Just be very wary about any new regimen you want to introduce and research it thoroughly before trying. Discuss it with an expert if need be.
My mitochondria has improved but have been able to access morphogenic frequencies to stimulate something like infrared healing and digital Co-Q10 supplementation. I used to take PQQ supps which builds mitochondria but with inflation these supps are inaccessible to me now. I have approached the maker of these morphogenic frequencies to make a digitised morphogenic PQQ frequency but have had no response. He's got back to me in the past but last time I checked he had his own challenges with being hacked and having his intellectual property stolen.
Anyway see how you go with reading this document. You need to protect your mitochondria.

Re: Good Morning!
OH dear @Appleblossom .. The back. Hell is a back ache and a tooth ache at the same time.
The guy that worked for God In the design and engineering shop, now works in China designing umbrellas that turn themselves inside out if you look at them wrong.
Well that about covers the back. A play. Oh mate, I'm jealous. I'd love to learn acting and be in a play. Hey I got caught on the b....ver word too. Pretty funny some of the words we get snagged on.
The thing you put your hand on to open a door.. Hint. . . Kn.b. Try that word one mate. Let me know what the solitary cell beds are like.
I've had a few posts edited for me I'm sure, way back. In truth, I was grateful but then I'm lazy. Its taught me a lot about the double meaning of words. Doing a poem's hard labour mate.. When in Rome hey.. Some of your abbreviations and slangerisms have me yelling out to the book keeper. . . grab my enigma machine.
got a post from Apple..
Mate, Have a beautiful eve. tns
Hey @Former-Member @StuF @Glisten @TAB @Historylover and all. Hope the day was a smoothy.. tonys

Re: Good Morning!
I love the "Moon Woman" Tanishka Tantrika. I respect this woman and could sing her praises all day long. I don't know where she gets her insights but I will be doing lots of ecstatic dance to work with my own process right now. It takes a lot to look within and be honest to ourselves about our inner shadow but the benefits are many. Please by all means enjoy this and share with others. This is pure gold for the soul ❤️
