Thats no good @StuF I'm really sorry to hear this as I know you are immune compromised. Plenty of rest and lots of antivirals. I see people on my pension group who are seriously ill and I just never left the house even if I had a tickle in the throat. Its very scary for these people and just plain inconsiderate.
@Glisten yes theres lots of discrimination. Freedom of association tends to eradicate discrimination in my opinion. I'm sorry you had to put up with all that. Some people can be really bigotted.

Yep @SmilingGecko
Plenty of rest!
Kinda happy/proud(?) we made it to the 8th wave before we got it!
(And jokes aside, much much much better to get it now than early on)

Just saw a you tube video by Catherine Carrigan a medical intuitive the other day. A little like Caroline Myss who is a medical intuitive and can see disease in the body with laser like vision. She also happens to come from a family of doctors and is a New York Times best selling author. She did a you tube presentation of heart health with tips on how to manage heart disease. Anyway I took her suggestions on board as my psych meds cause heart issues. Haven't had an ECG done in a while. Have been doing some kinesiology she suggested to clear the heart energetically on a subtle level and using Sapien Medicine audios that boost Co-Q10 which is great for heart health. I can't afford the cost of Co-Q10 so the free audio that stimulates it in the body is pretty cool. I'm focussing more on my heart energy in terms of diet and exercise, but the kinesiology has certainly shifted some veils of energy for me @TAB. Got to get back into juicing, don't know if I can afford it but she says celery juice is tops!

Thats great @TAB I used to take it but try keeping supps to a minimum for cost and just ease. I have an audio for Glutathione and another for Co-Q10. I may even check out an audio on Collagen instead of buying Silica which generates Collagen we shall see. But the presentation she did on Monday covered a lot of info. I hope you will be ok. I understand where you are at. It can feel so defeating as we age. I used to have irregular heartbeat but healed it. My heart would jump all over the place.
