No not at all @Glisten ! Sorry if I gave you that impression. I am inspired by your honesty and authenticity. I’m just genuinely curious on if you knocked them back because of the name of their uni. That’s outrageously cool if you did.
to be honest I’m not sure that universities these days are worth their cost. When I did a few units years ago they didn’t really do any teaching. They just played us recordings and outsourced to YouTube videos. That was online study.

@Glisten I really loved your quip .. Debt with a purpose.
Yep I am growing firmer in my purpose. Not ready spend more in it yet. Maybe next year. See how this years goes.
@Little_Leopard It was a bit repetitive, ideologically driven, and tho I agreed broadly with the material, it was not as suited to my purpose as it could be, given the level of debt. There are heaps of other Masters courses I could get into .. Suicidology, Narrative Therapy, Music Therapy etc etc ... so looking around and scoping. I have a broad based education and work history. The area I would like to work in is music applications ... and maybe policy. It was a good first step. My support worker kinda pushed me into it, well intentioned, but not adequately thought through.
I did a great undergrad in waffly humanities ... nuff sed.

Morning @TAB @Appleblossom @Shaz51 and anyone else reading this
after very frustrating afternoon at storage facility yesterday I’m going to put some more things in my car and see how things go today
finished making all my drapes couple days ago and have put everything into couple boxes which will sit in garage beside curtain rods and tracks until day or 2 before moving day and then will go to storage unit
hoping everyone gets to enjoy some sunshine today

hope it all goes okay @Patches59 reminds me of last year, drove 6 hours to find storage place closed and staff uncontactable, then on phone trying to find another place , then unload in a big hurry, trying to get as close to home before dark as could. Got nowhere near home. went to motel stayed at before couple hours down the road, not staffed.. ring overseas like 10 times to try and sort room, they eventually told someone on site I was there , was something wrong with each room got put in went to 3 rms before found one sort of ok well door was nearly off hinges then stressing about trailer getting stolen etc etc. all worked out in the end though ha ha

Good on YOU!
I have made substantial drapes for 2 different homes. Where I am living I have deep green tapestry for my music room outlooking mini courtyard garden.
it is satisfying.
Cheers
Apple

@Appleblossom My current home has very light brown walls with rear wall, which is almost half glass, being north facing. Drapes in all rooms, except one bedroom, are dark brown.
my new home has been painted completely white, lots of glass on back wall but majority of sun will fall on side wall. It’s only a 2 bedroom unit and some rooms bit smaller than in my current home. Chose lighter colour material for drapes plus cream lounge setting. This is the drape material I’ve used
