@Glisten oh cool, seems like quite a unique book - chemistry, cooking, and feminism all rolled into one haha.

Hello @Former-Member just been for another walk through some wetlands today. It was really scenic and quite a lovely day. Yes I got into Jost after reading something in The Living Now Magazine about the chi cycle and read his books and listened to his apple podcasts. I find him to be a highly inspirational person. He has a small cult following but his adherents really benefit from his work. Its incredible the breadth of his knowledge. I always walk away feeling uplifted and empowered by him. He lives the life. Life does not live him. Not to mention his amazing physique just from absorbing chi!
