Re: Good Morning

Oh dear yes it must be the day for it @TAB. I love my reptilian lizard sun-baked skin.  Anyway enjoy your day! I'm exploring healthy diabetic snack recipes.  Cooked up another batch of apple chips. Its hard to know what is going to cause blood sugar to spike. My levels were 5.4 this morning. Doing well. Making apricot/date/almond/coconut slice next week. I just hate how restrictive my diet has been so am branching out.

Checked out Caroline Myss' this morning. She is a medical psychic and did a video on the archetype of narcissism - it was really interesting. I enjoy her insights. The archetypes are a portal to understanding the mythic nature of our lives and what motivates us and also our relational situations. She uses archetypes contained within movies as case studies.

Have also signed up to a free 7 day "Stone Medicine" challenge. Shamans connect with stones to let go of trauma and negative emotional states.  Anyway it should be good to work with stones like shamans do but more in a modern context. The guy that is hosting the free course is a medium and like most of his stuff is very uplifting and empowering!

Re: Good Morning

I think theres a lot of individual discernment that is involved with dream interpretation @Bill16 I don't know the context of your situation and haven't studied dream analysis myself. I think at the end of the day its how your dream speaks to you personally and to be guided by the symbolic message contained within it 🙂

Re: Good Morning

My interpretation of the dream was that he is in a good place @Former-Member he passed on 10 years ago,I still think of him every day

Re: Good Morning

Re: Good Morning

Yeah its been a better day today @TAB   Haven't done the free course yet, its next week. Its wonderful content but mainly promotion for a book I read years ago. There was a chapter on working with stones.  Its over the course of 7 days so it will be nice. Free content is always good. I can't afford these inflated online courses and workshops so its mainly books for me. Oprah and Deepak put out some vedic chant meditations in audio format years ago. They were available for free over a limited time - I just recorded them and played them back when I needed them so it did not cost me anything. OK I guess I go out for a walk now

Re: Good Morning

..okay @Former-Member  was at shops sorry , making light of automatic door not working and trying to pick up on the foibles of guy at the PO, with his lightly spoken super dry wit that could be easily missed. Still caught myself taking a huge forced breath mid conversation though. Oh well, will get over it one day I guess; being new kid in town lol.

Well done with walk, I couldnt make myself do it.

So. I have ingredients for fritters if I dare to try it lol. ie the batter. I know. sounds super simple. Always is til you see end product lol.  am more of a cook than a baker I guess ha ha ok grill cook ha
