The image hasn't uploaded yet @TAB. How are you this morning? Off for a walk I go!

Re: Good Morning

Hello, @Former-Member. I've just dropped by to let you know that I have been furthering my research into all things paranormal/metaphysical—call it what you will—and wished to correct something I said in an earlier post. That is, that I would never use crystals. That is not to say that I will, just to say that the more I am learning about this realm, the more there is to learn and less to dismiss.

It is a fascinating area to study, and I am thoroughly enjoying the journey.

Have a good day, @Former-Member. Looks lovely and sunny outside.

Re: Good Morning

Thats good @Historylover I never used to accept crystals. I am a virgo and stuff has to be proven to me first for me to believe it. I had a friend who was a geophysicist and she used to mine crystals. When she was studying at uni the lecturer gave her a huge piece of moldavite which she put under her desk and it ended up giving her a big kundalini awakening. From that point on she was into crystals as well as being a practicing Catholic.

She told me to select a crystal for an issue I wanted to resolve.  I'm not all that outgoing so selected black tourmaline to improve my confidence and assert myself in ways I hadn't previously.  I experienced a massive about-face. I became more talkative and chatty which is amazing because I was so introverted prior to that and other people noticed the difference. I could not have instantly willed that situation through my own effort. It was the black tourmaline that did this.

Someone you may be interested in is Harry Oldfield who created a machine using crystals that can do a diagnostic on someones health profile without any prior knowledge of their health history. The machine can read someones health and instantly diagnose what is wrong without any kind of medical tests. I have a CD of his that uses frequencies being fed into crystals to heal the biofield or aura which is where most disease begins - in the energy field.  He has another crystal machine for this that you can have sessions with practitioners. I just use the CD

Re: Good Morning

I'm a Virgo, too, @Former-Member. Perhaps that's why I felt attuned to what you had been discussing over time. I'm just following my path at the moment, and although I have heard of chakras and kundalini experiences, I am at the earliest stages of understanding.

I think I am fortunate to have embarked on this journey with personal experiences of telepathy, precognisance and dream thought transference within my psychiatrical experience—shared with my ex-psychiatrist. In a world where there are so many who dismiss such phenomena (and I am reluctant to call them 'phenomena', they are quite natural when one is attuned), it has been enlightening to find how much research and confirmation is going on behind the scenes. It is unfortunate that skepticism has caused so much to be so disregarded for millennia (?). They are factual, as is so very much more.

I am learning about The Law of One through the YouTube videos of Aaron Abke at the moment, after viewing his interview with Alex Ferrari's Next Level Soul videos. Aaron Abke's videos are a natural progression from where I am in my understanding and Alex Ferrari's fascinating interviews are broad ranging. I am coming to understand God in a whole different way outside of the religious dogma of any religion. I think it is time they all moved on, amalgamated and realized they don't each hold all the answers. They are variations on the same theme. There are whole realms of understanding many are missing, which fall far short, or which have changed understanding and practices over time in ways not intended.

I'm off to my green space, my borrowed back yard, for a short meditation. Unfortunately, I cannot assume the lotus position. I have a hip injury which I have to nurture to avoid complicating it, and I have to assume an awkward position. My discomfort can impede my meditation unfortunately, but I press on.

Re: Good Morning

Thats really wonderful @Historylover don't worry about not being able to do meditation postures. Our bodies are all different and people have injuries like you.  I could not get in and out of my seated positions doing yoga and my body in the past hasn't been great with vigorous activity.  I just honor my body and listen to what its telling me.  Best not to strain if you cant realistically sit a certain way.  TM for example is seated positions.

@Former-Member @MDT @StuF @TAB

Not sure if we are all same wave length about everything, but that is what makes the world go round  ... I am alright with it ... hope you are all going well ... within reason.  Respect!

@Historylover Maybe I was lucky with my rich worldy experience.   I encountered kundalini and chakra concepts young, along with psychedelia in my late teens.  Never thrown them out, but somehow incorporated them into my world view. I did not do a deep dive though, as people would often be a bit presumptuous about my life, and so moved towards more academic studies, for work and to encounter the big wide world, beyond my ken ....

I struggled to do lotus in my 20s, and do not worry at all about it these days, however interestingly. I started some yoga again this year and was told I am "good" at it ... it is mostly a flow yoga for older bods ... so no competitiveness about who can hold an uncomfortable position the longest ... actually I think you have a lot sussed ... lady!

Re: Good Morning

It's amazing how little we know about people when we get deeper into conversations, @Appleblossom. I guess I haven't known what I have been missing out on. I'll have to look more deeply into chakra and kundalini experiences, but one step at a time. I didn't know all this had been going on.

I'd love to do flow yoga but my injury prevents it. I'll work on my positivity tomorrow.

Re: Good Morning

None of that actually helps there’s no evidence to say it even works its as effective as charging moon water
