.. being prepared doesnt mean have to be a survivalist in a bunker @MDT

Re: Good Morning

@Appleblossom 🙂 Yes I respect medicine and use pharmaceutical medicines and don't leave anything to chance with my health, always see my GP but aromatherapy can fill in some small gaps here and there. I'm not some alternative health freak that sees no merit in medicine and takes ill conceived risks.

We are allready experiencing shortages in the medicine supply. Its stupid to think aromatherapy can fix complex illnesses but I saw a link in The Age newspaper to a "medicine shortage database alert" created in the last year or so by the TGA

I don't know if you've seen it but as of today antibiotics availability is quite low.  Last time I heard there are people driving around Melbourne for up to several hours to try and find a chemist who stocks their medicine.  You wouldn't want to come down with something and have restricted access or no antibiotics.

Have heard of herbal cures for diabetes for example. Dont know how accurate or reliable it is but apparently according to a herbalist I saw online it has worked. My M*******n diabetes med is quite low according to the database and they are now on a different brand. That is what my chemist also told me. So is the antidepressant Z****t.  Have heard of folks stocking up on supplies in advance in some instances.

There is a classic aromatherapy book - you would know it, everyone does called The Fragrant Pharmacy. It suggests buying only a small handful of essential oils which you can use for a multitude of things. Thats what I'm intending to do! I allready have some which I keep in my fridge and youre right they last forever because you end up using less to get the desired effect! ❤️

Re: Good Morning

@MDT yes I take my meds for my schizoaffective disorder, I need something to sedate me at night, my psych med does that so I can sleep.  I also take alternate things which offer additional support which has been a real bonus.  Its a risk coming of psych meds as you can't see inside the brain, you don't know what is going on there. But I have not had an episode in over 10 years. Seen so many people trying to come off their meds and winding up in a psych ward. It ends up costing the government lots of money to treat people and makes the system less efficient.

@MDT good morning Hams, wish you a good day. Self compassion seems to have helped my depression. Thanks for your support. Take care.

Re: Good Morning

Good Morning everyone.  Had an early start to the day. Did my spiritual practices this morning - so fortifying for the soul. Its great using my old ipod with it, you can honor the chi cycle and do practices without having the glare of a screen for input which makes chi rise too quickly in the morning. I like my yin and yang balanced and it enables me to avoid that.

Have not been out for a walk as it was raining but have been talking to facebook friends about the success I've had with blood irradiation and vitality. I'm enjoying more vitality and health in my later years.  Received some eggs and produce from the local farm this morning - farmers wife was all wrapped up in wool and heavy boots. I really respect what is involved in farming after my first yield.  I now have more energy to get into the garden. I weeded it a week ago easily now must plant more seeds!

Have been looking at W.D Gann's work he was a trader and astrologer. Newspaper articles in the 1920's called W.D. Gann a prophet and a mathematical seer. His calculations are based on Letters, Numbers and Astrology. I have what is called a ascendant/midheaven midpoint in astrology which is 3 degrees of Taurus on Monday 29th, so expecting luck of some kind. Gann himself won the lottery 4 times using midpoints. Have seen documented by an astrologer I follow of someone winning a car on a lucky speculative midpoint day based on her advice. Don't know what kind of luck I'm having tomorrow and Tuesday but I'm taking out a lotto ticket!
