found out today they will extend our shifts by a significant amount
surprised at how i took it
there is some room to move but some of us may walk
idk.

also with regard to being sensitive - it means the world can be a hell for us

but its the lack of organising that goes into it that bugs me
we are meant to have 8 in our team - i wanna know if they will have that before the new roster/system is implemented. Rather than higgeldy piggeldy as we go.... not ideal. It means the workload is too high.
Will see how it pans out - been given 3 months notice before it all kicks in. It'll be on our minds constantly so plenty of chances to mull it over and ask questions.
Found out one guy in another country got told 2 weeks after joining the role that he was getting made reduntant. Moved his entire family to the country the office was in.... absurd... he could sue them.
Lots of egos in the upper echelons lol

Yeah status quo remains an option. Good to have in the back pocket.
Gonna spend some time now in the next months looking into the industry more and getting ideas. Who knows what is out there tbh...
