Hey @Kyle1 have I introduced myself twice to you?
were you the one that said you like books, right? And you were going to the bookstore the other day, correct me if I am wrong

yes. And I mentioned the tactile nature of books... That's right @Former-Member
I did find one, too. It's an old one, and I once had a copy, but not anymore.
Well, I do again now... It's called 'the prophet'

@Kyle1 How embarrassing but none the less at least you had a good visit to the store, and found that book…
I personally have only tried reading a book once, movies I can rewatch, but also depends..

I know @TAB its about getting from A-B. You've just had a major move plus house electricals and going on empty with food when you arrived. You have not had a decent bed to sleep on either. So just cut yourself some slack. It seems onerous and I know your house feels empty but just do things bit by bit. Chip away at things slowly. You will get there

Thats a turnabout of events @TAB he will supply his trailer hopefully. There may be some friendship there still. You could do with some companionship and socialising. At least it won't cost you money to have stuff delivered. Yes its hard trying to get stuff co-ordinated.
I just bought some lemongrass tea. I drink peppermint mainly and maybe some chamomile but I love the taste of lemongrass. I used to drink jiaogulan tea which is an immortality anti-aging tea but I can't now with my meds, its kind of contraindicated.
I always check webmd for supps/teas and whether or not they clash ie drug interactions
I have lemon balm which I have as a supp but can also be taken as a tea that is great for emotional support during gruelling times and upset stomach as it calms the nerves of the stomach. Thought of you about that the other day. Also eating potato has the quality of providing nurturance when you don't have emotional support. I used to love eating potato. I learned about the spiritual qualities of food which I never really recognised until I started eating wild blueberries that enable you to adjust to our rapidly changing times. Our planet has entered the part of the galaxy where everything is sped up. You may have noticed in times gone by life was a lot slower. Wild blueberry enabled me to adjust to rapidly fluctuating times because it like us it has to adapt and grow in the wild ie doctrine of signatures.
