Hello and good morning folks. I am up early doing my ayurvedic practice, its called oil pulling and its a great remedy. You may have heard of it. Have done it on and off for years. Just did some blood irradiation this morning and will head off for another walk soon. My fasting blood sugar today was 5.4 - right in the healthy range. Got to keep it at this consistent level. Weight is still coming off. I am at 103kg which is good for someone on Z*****a, psychiatric medication known for extreme weight gain

Morning smiling gecko. That’s good you’re feeling good about yourself. And taking steps to improve your health with your chosen routine. *yprex* is that the medication?
@Former-Member from the other post I’m still on DSP but if you attempt to work they hold it for 2 years, just only close family know about it and tax agent

I thought the past year would see me thrive, but it’s been a constant battle. People accusing me of being a druggie, slight discrimination, slight harassment all minor and trivial things, I’ve been noting it all down.. but instead of snitching and things have settled, my mind hasn’t and I need to change that for the future. it’s not easyyy

Yes thats the medication. Its not great for women and associated weight gain, not so much for men @Former-Member
I did not know about them holding DSP while you work. So youre not well enough to work anymore? I could not work myself and found it hard getting signed up to DSP. I'm glad I'm on it but theres no money on it really. I know its hard fitting in at work when you have a diagnosis. I used to do non supervised work when I had a job. Non supervised is the best. I used to do cleaning, supermarket taste testings, and working as a leisure officer in an intellectual disability institution. I hardly had contact with anyone and could do my job avoiding discrimination.

.. you're winning just by working on its own @Former-Member re 'thriving'.. bit like me thinking was going to buy some falling down dump of house and magically start rebuilding it with the only money I have left in the world..
Am way better off went for liveable place.
then thought oh will do this and that and bla bla, sister just said do way less , thought oh yeh shes trying to bring me down, thinks I'm poor ..
but its Reality. I'm old, its freezing at night, few minor electrical repairs had to get prob cost $500 etc etc
So. its all good. and could not have done better. But was thinking yesterday. Well this is going nowhere in a hurry re all my plans for bathtubs and spas etc ha ha lol..... Patience ...
