Hey @StuF @I was never like this and things used to happen more conveniently. I also find that if it gets too hard I just give up. Which is normal if you’re normal, if you know what I mean. But I feel I’ve tried and tried and have no sense of purpose from it.
hence wanting to try a new direction in life. I just walked away from my friends of 7 years… they were only out for themselves as I can imagine the same for me so I jumped while the ship was sinking.
the only thing I have going for me is my family, which is limited here in Aus. And I have a bucks coming up for my brother in law, which I was hesitant to go at first but then thought why not.
you mentioned you like driving, and it’s good you have work to get you out of the house. I think I’m just going to lie from now on, re work. I want to quit my current job and take a year off to reevaluate things. I don’t usually talk much but I think these forums make it easier for me to communicate.. given we’re at somewhat of a similar circumstance. I just wish I could relate with others the same way as I do on these forums.. life would be so much easier!

I could look up to you @MDT @I get peeved over little things which I’m working on, I’m glad you found it amusing when your flat mate took your chocolate.
im rethinking my work situation to improve my health given these medications have given me a bit of a let down.
enjoy your lunch. I feel like lunch is rushed when you have got to get back to work. If you feel overwhelmed just go for a walk I’ve done that numerous times

Hey @Former-Member
If I were to offer advice- I reckon if you Can take a year off to reevaluate etc without doing too much damage to finances and or career, go for it. But Use the time.
It gets harder to just do that as you get older. Not impossible, but yeah
I think you're a bit younger than me?

Fair enough @MDT you sound more upbeat these days… I’m hoping that continues, even though you may face some obstacles I think you’re finding your feet and I hope people allow you the chance to grow!
going back to me, I’m not feeling that, having to reevaluate my circumstances.
anyway it is what it is… all we can hope for is where making the right decisions

Yeah 35 @StuF , I think you were in your 40’s.
building muscle maybe is something you want to focus on given your circumstances. My doctor said recently by 40 your muscle mass decreases as you age lol. I’ve been thinking of hitting the gym… but it’s too hard, I wei like 66kg. Pretty skinny but had been at 95kg at one point due to meds
