Yeah drinking at the moment @TAB @till I get the situation with my meds sorted out. Having a pretty rough time with my thinking and self medicating eases the tension. I know it’s not a long term solution though.
I have Netflix a ps5 but they hardly ever get used. I just enjoy time with myself. I have learned not to expect things but be grateful for things that happen.

I'm well enough thanks @Former-Member . How are you?
Busy during the day? Too much time on here. too much time online in general. Some walking. Some reading. Some watching tv/youtube. Some writing (but not much recently!). I work a few hours each week over two days, too. Which is great for getting me out of the house
Do you have any hobbies etc?

Hey @StuF thanks for getting back to me. That’s at least productive, I feel if I’m not working I’m not doing anything just moaning or thinking negatively. I’m working on it, I find working helps staying positive but there are a lot of challenges for me when it comes to work.
I have worked 15 years almost and I feel exhausted. Maybe a med change will have me feeling like I used to.
too much to take in, in a perfect world I feel like nothing would hold me back.
for hobbies I do bird watching and fishing. But I don’t have that real passion, I don’t know if people fake real passion or they are genuinely passionate. But I feel like that would be amazing.
yeah when I’m at home I tend to drink or overthink. I have to become more self aware and understand my limitations. I feel like having an MI is a huge disadvantage as you have to figure out how to reintegrate to society, I’ve been doing trial and error.

I've not found a lasting passion for much either @Former-Member
Well, nothing realistic at least. I'm too quick to dismiss things as too hard etc. So I never chase my dreams
I hope you find something with your med change. That can certainly shift things
