Oldies have more toxicity from a life of being lived plus other immune compromising factors @Former-Member I am turning 54 in a few months and my complete health overhaul was ongoing. Am healthier now than in the past. Which is why I say don't drink alcohol. Health problems start kicking in for people in their late 30's. Saw all sorts of things go wrong with people I knew around that time.

Duly noted @Former-Member .
yeav I was reading on the internet only about 5% of the population get through life without health issues.
I for one am not in that lucky 5% category. But I do have medication for it, which is my little win for that.

Yeah try and stay away from the booze, it ruins your liver and you get overweight and the liver can't detox properly and you get all kinds of health problems. Its not worth it. You then have to spend all your hard earned savings getting well. I have seen people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on trying to get better. My brother is now seriously ill and is in the same boat. Your most treasured asset is your health through which you can partake of life and all it has to offer. Guard it with your life @Former-Member

Hello @TAB how are you going? I had a salad sanga with vegan/keto mayonnaise made of beans not eggs etc. It tasted just as good as Praise mayonnaise. Hows the food situation going over there? Are you settling in?
