Hello @Former-Member good to hear you got out to gardening group. I must have been receiving a psychic message from you as I was in my vegie patch pulling weeds today as well. I have not yet planted anything. The garden got a bit on top of me but I was able to remove all the weeds from 8 garden beds. Its been a quiet day here again. My mental health is good. I'm sorry to hear you aren't faring well in that area right at the moment. I hope your mental health picks up but getting out to a group inspite of how youre feeling is good. My walking pace has picked up now, its up to a brisk walk morning and night. Btw it was Historylover that posted the large public park where she went for a walk today. Wishing you a good nite!

Wow @Former-Member, right beds that is awesome.
Sounds like your garden is magical.
When you have time I would love to hear what is planted in them or what you will plant in them
You have a goodnight too 😊.

I will have to check what seeds are suitable to plant. I have a stack of seeds I ordered last time which went into storage in the fridge. So it depends which seeds are suitable right now. I saw a tip with seeds storage - to pop them in used tic tac containers with proper labelling. You can wash the labels off the tic tac container with hot water then use a combo of baking powder and oil to get the rest of the sticker residue off it. I have them currently in zip lock plastic pockets but thought used tic tac containers was an excellent idea - easy to dispense and they don't fly about in the wind while you are trying to plant the seeds from the containers @Former-Member

Sounds like a great supply for what I'm sure will be an abundant veggie garden. So impressed @Former-Member. Good on you 😊.
Enjoy the day. Looks like the last warm one for a while 🌻🌻.

I'm feeling better within myself nowadays to be able to get out and about and do things in my garden @Former-Member. Looking forward to getting my disability pension next week. How was your mothers day? Do you have children of your own? I'm childless but I look back at it now and think I made a good decision not having children. I was put on a psych med that produces spina bifida in babies anyway. And now with all this talk for environmental reasons people opting out of parenthood. Yes I made the right decision. Would have loved to have had a sense of family but I think it would not have worked out for the best. I spoke to my sister in law who was a psychologist and she told me not to. It was a good decision. But I had a fur baby for many years - couldn't have asked for a better little gentleman.
