Well, I was referring to the numerous other people I encountered throughout the day... @Historylover I am quite conscious of situational variations calling for change in conduct. Social protocols, all that... And self aware enough (or eccentric enough) to maintain and express 'I' amidst it all, too. I have to be stubborn about that, while not being obnoxious... I'd be disgusted, otherwise - to be homogenised..
Telepathy is quite the brain teaser. I also believe it is a fact of life. And as paradoxical as it may seem to suggest, it almost seems a phenomenon beyond full intellectual appreciation. 🤔

Yes I love black crystals (shungite, obsidian, tourmaline, spinel, onyx) @Kyle1 I'm into black quartz which is great to meditate with and remove negative thoughtforms and shadow elements of the personality. I cleansed/charged it under the new moon eclipse last week. Look up the metaphysical properties of black quartz.

I was unable to get to the soundbath because there was something I needed to be checked out at the venue before going and I haven't heard back! What are you doing today @Kyle1? I must go for a walk eventually

I have a couple appointments out and about. And a seat booked right up front for a live cello act this evening. Something to look forward to... @Former-Member

I have not been to a classical concert in years @Kyle1 When I had my car I would go to Monash University and attend their lunchtime music concerts from the music faculty. They were affordable and very uplifting. Many elderly folks used to attend. It was something to do. They used to have the Monash University "Viva Voche`" choir on some occasions. I used to love going because it was during the day and accessible. I hope you enjoy your concert.

Good evening @Former-Member 🌹. How are you ? We haven't chatted for a while. What's new ?
Not much is new with me. I did attend a garden group in a community garden over the weekend and learnt about permaculture. Also got some lovely organic vegies - beans, zucchini and a berry I hadn't had b4 possibly strawberry guava.
I look forward to going back again next week.
Still been walking but not shifting much weight. I saw an exercise physiologist last week who recommend a few things - wearing weights when exercising ( ankle or belt) and doing x 2 days on and 1 day off.
Really looking forward to hearing from you 💜💕💜, hope you are well 😊.

Wow you are eating organic food like me! I buy direct from the farmer - its $50/mixed box. I did a basic permaculture course once at a neighborhood house. It certainly got me out of depression doing the course. I loved seeing Bill Mollisons documentary In Danger of Falling Food. I'm glad you are doing that. It will get you socialising and seeing the product of your gardening @Former-Member
So youre not losing any more weight? May I suggest celery juice? I juice a whole head of celery a day on an empty stomach in the morning and its said to help with weight-loss. I was doing it several years ago before the floods and fires while it was easy to source celery at a good price and I lost so much weight without even exercising. (several dress sizes over a period of 3 months minimum) It works! https://www.medicalmedium.com/medical-medium-celery-juice-movement.htm
The book on celery juice by Anthony William is so empowering.
Just build up slowly with the celery juice. I got back on it again since the last month. Its $6/bunch but the prices got up to $12 a bunch back then which was not affordable. I order it in addition to my mixed produce box which the farmer delivers to me.
Could you tell me where to buy the ankle and wrist weights and how much weight they are? I could do with that. I've also upped my red meat consumption. Got to keep going with it.
I've been reading a book on The Fourth Industrial Revolution. Its all about current Great Reset engineered by the World Economic Forum. I still do lots of preparedness. Like having things in place if the grid goes down etc. Gas might be in short supply this winter. I know in an article from The Age last year they were allready pumping gas down from Sydney but there may be a gas crisis this winter which I also read.
Have been analysing planetary activity a lot and working with crystals. I have some Morion Quartz which lifts your vibration and gets rid of any negative vibration in the body 🙂
