Hi @TAB ,
I've been pretty good. Thanks for asking.
If I've read correctly, is it that you have found a place to stay in or was it something about work? Forgive me if i'm wrong - i've got a lot to catch up on!
And Hi @MDT - how are ya? I feel like I haven't seen you around in a long time - maybe that's a good thing because your life is too good and full to be on the forums right now? No judgment. I just want to make sure you are okay.

Good morning folks. Up early and ready to go for a walk. Here we go again lol. Might take a different route today to inject a little boost. Then more washing on the line and clean the shower. That will be it for the day. Blood sugar was a bit higher than usual due to some tahini I ate I think. Anyway this mornings walk will bring the numbers down. Wishing you all a nice day.
@StuF @MDT @TAB @BPDSurvivor @Shaz51 @Historylover @Dimity and anyone else I may have missed!

No good @TAB. You will be moving into your new place soon, so you have that to look forward to at least. Hope the pain eases for you today. Nothing like a sore back. I'm in from my walk, put some clothes on the line and just organising a script for the chemist.
Got my meat delivery today direct from the farm. Just heard from the butcher on the phone and they are sending it out today. All from an organic regenerative farm. I bought a months supply and pay it off weekly using paypal "pay in 4". That way I can afford it. Its only a few dollars more per tray than Woolworths but its organic ($15 for 500g mince compared to $13.75 organic from Woolworths) and the farm has neutral carbon footprint compared to conventional farming because it uses regenerative farming methods.
