Wanted to look into sports medicine now to see how I can boost my health along with high interval training 60 seconds high intensity and 75 seconds recovery. Its hard following it on a standard watch I wonder if theres a watch for HIT that beeps or something to let you know the sequence is up @TAB

..thats only for the 2 week cheat one @Former-Member been there w timers, not Really tried out properly but a few apps on phone seemed to work on dry runs.
my next plan was to go to sport shops all you want is light and or a beep , you set the timing.
Exercise bikes and rowers very good and the best one accoring to studies was 8sec /12 rest then start at like 10 mins of that, just 3x /wk tho. All proven in academic articles/books I did ita few times w ex years ago and ..just left it .. dunno ... beats walking for 'waist loss' on ok guys was dramatic over short period
