Thank you for that @TAB I followed the link to the book. So its high fat and low carbs is it? I allready have low carb but low fat. If I eat fat it pushes my glucose up. I noticed someone else on the health circuit saying the same thing. Many doctors are grappling with how to treat it. Mea Culpa. My diabetes educator also said low fat. I may still be interested in this dude as he does sports medicine. I wanted to look into that. This man is a sports medicine doctor for the Australian Olympic team. Theres a video on his anyway I'd like to watch on you tube about how he treats diabetes. I'll watch it after my walk. Thanks for thinking of me. I am always open to new concepts and ideas! 🙂

He does not say high fat @TAB but "healthy fats" and low carb. I eat healthy fats like nuts and seeds but try and restrict them. Fish. No cooking oils, I use a healthy non-stick pan. Or if I need to cook meat add a little water for cooking instead of cooking oil. I am so carb restricted allready. Don't eat produce high on the glycaemic index like potatoes, sweet potatoes, watermelon, mango, oranges, banana or grapes. Don't eat grains like rice quinoa, millet which are high carb. Eat konjac rice and noodles instead which are low carb. Thanks for sharing am seriously looking into this! Good one TAB!
