Don't know what to say @Judi9877 I have felt like a social burden being in receipt of a pension for years.
Whatever is going on for you I hope it works out. I did not get much support from the mental health care system but the workers I had were mostly good and tried their best.
You may be around staff that don't understand and they wouldn't unless they had a mental illness.

Hi there @Former-Member @TAB and others. Thanks for responding to my post. I’m just stressed right now as I’ve just found out that my sister has got the dreaded news of Covid-19. She was around a fellow friend and workmate who got diagnosed on Friday afternoon and had symptoms but she tested negative to a rat on Friday night and had the weekend off but still had symptoms so she decided to do a test today and found out the news. I’m really concerned about her but as I don’t live with her, there’s not much I can do except listen to her and give her advice such as looking up health advice via the Internet and such. I’m hoping she’ll be okay as she’s had the signs which I thought could be flu - sore muscles, sore throat, etc- but is now Covid-19. I haven’t had it yet but apparently it’s on the increase here in Melbourne so I guess she was just unlucky in that regard.
Thanks for everything!
Judi9877☺️🌻

As far as I know re epidimiology ... infections ebb and flow ... its irratonal to say its all gone ... but the media also made a hogshow of it all for years so they have to turn to something else.
@Judi9877 Judi ... I am outraged when I hear people are being told they are unable to be helped by services and moved on or moved out into ... a big fat nothing!
It is a disgrace. If that is what they are doing ... they are NOT FIT for purpose. They should not accept money for work NOT done. If they care about their jobs they should do a little extra research and figure out something, rather than remain within a random narrow skill set ... and fall back on the woo woo ... non profesional idea ... of being a good fit ... or not ...
Eg ... I had a physio once at the end of my marriage, who went online and researched outside her professional skillset and found a small niche training that would likely help my particular problems with my neck. I am so grateful for her. She did not string me along for extra sessions but referred me on, not as empty paperwork tickiing of boxes. A couple of years later I did find someone with that unusual training and she is my current osteo of 20 years. Saved my life. This business of being paid by the hour ... and not doing the job ought to stop. Neither the tax payer nor the people UNHELPED like it, nor ought to tolerate it.
Please continue your studies and your knitting. We care about you on the forum.

I hope your sister is able to weather Covid @Judi9877 - its one of the reasons I don't get out much. I avoid crowds. I'm really sorry your sister has come down with it. You can't go past Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C and even DIY Lymphatic drainage using bristle brush on dry skin. There are other protocols but don't want to be seen as giving medical advice. www.curezone.org may have some free moderated suggestions by people who got through covid and how they recovered 💕

I have good memories of Canasta from my grandfather and good memories of 500 from work during a coffee breaks with a great manager. He started it and we were strict about timing but had fun and did the job. It created a good vibe at a job which was also stressful and very busy.
