Quiet day here. Saw a movie yesterday- Empire of Light. I  really enjoyed it, but it won't be everyone's cup of tea

Other news: got my stitches taken out and biopsy results this morning- just a couple of basal cell carcinomas, so nothing to worry about

Its good you got out yesterday.  My ex-partner was a film buff and used to go out with his mates to the movies.  He used to see lots of films but once we watched a movie together called "Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress" and he said it was one of his favorite all time best produced films. The movie is set against the backdrop of Mao's revolution so you have to know a little about what was involved in that and how the populace was socially regimented.  But all in all a delightful movie. You might be able to get it on Netflix or elsewhere online.

I'm back from my walk and my blood sugars are good. Got to clean up the house today now so may not be online much.
