Wanted to say @TAB that I've known about twenty minute neighborhoods being introduced in future because of climate crisis and net zero emission. It means that people will have all their needs met in a localised vicinity and it will introduce restrictions in your movements.
Its allready happened in some areas of the world but a prominent case I can think of is in Oxford England. See you tube. People are being heavily restricted there where they can go. You need a permit to leave Oxford.
I don't know when its being introduced here but councils are allready planning for it which is why you need to act now so you are not stuck where you are. The horary answer also seemed to suggest you need to act fast but with prudence. I thought the same.

Sounds like slavery laws in the US. @Former-Member the only way people got more money in England was by moving to better paying areas. They had to pay more to get people as their serfs had all died in war and famine lol

I know @TAB I felt yuk this morning but your efforts pushed me to exercise! 🙂 I feel better now. In My shire there was a sign on the traffic lights saying "smart city coming soon" with a QR code. They are doing town planning for these twenty minute cities.
I saw online they have issued select members of the general public to take a device with them that records their movements so they can get an idea of where people are travelling. You have to take it with you by foot, cycling, by car and public transport.
You could ring the council in your area to ask when this twenty minute city is being put in place. But its definitely in the works here. It would give you a better idea of when to act and how much leeway you have trying to get out of your current locality in future.
I think its also due to the pandemic the rationale behind this restricted travelling which I forgot to add
