Normally if I wake up around 3am I stay in bed and put aromatherapy on @TAB. If I get up early I feel wrecked for the rest of the day. Have had incontinence issues and waking up all hours of the night of late. Had to reset my brain after the insomnia yesterday, it felt good

No normal for me lately re sleep was around clock, got it back to getting up at 11am, realised yest longest been awake in weeks 10hrs in one go lol @Former-Member

Yes its hard to wrap your brain around astrological concepts. I used to see an astrologer before the internet and I first didn't understand aspects (angles between planets) such as trines, squares, conjunctions and quincunxes - she was rattling them off and I was finding it hard to follow the line of conversation @Historylover. My friend studied under this woman and got me into astrology. Its taken me years to grapple with the subject matter
