Re: Good Morning

Good morning @TAB I hope you are allright today.  Its survival here, my BP is high again. Will go ahead and do some lymphatic drainage then go for a walk.  Have been getting back into the habit of drinking celery juice again as its good for my health.  Hoping it will bring BP down again as it has in the past.  How are things going with you?

Re: Good Morning

Thats a hard one @SmilingGecko  apparently weight and kidneys the main things that effect BP ok outside ok heart and circulatory system

am ok ish lol . I'll get sick of bed one day ha ha

Re: Good Morning

@TAB just back in from my walk.  Feeling a lot better.  I thought it may be adrenals on kidneys affecting BP. But I do try and take care of my kidneys.  Thanks for reminding me though, I will look into it some more as I've read other people citing the similar thing but regarding specifically adrenal/kidney axis.  I used to take herbs but they now clash with diabetes med.  Will have to use sound frequencies, I guess we keep on trucking! lol

Re: Good Morning

Hey @MDT always good to see you around too.

@TAB it was about @SmilingGecko post.

@SmilingGecko Thinking about buying water filter for a while, but other plumbing and new/old car are on shopping list first.  How much maintenance do you put in? Is it above or below the counter?

Re: Good Morning

Its above the counter.  Its a stand alone system, nothing required - its gravity fed (you just fill up the top canister and the water drips through the filters to the bottom canister) No electricity or digital readouts.

Sometimes you have to take the top black filters out and re-prime them (flush them) as the tiny holes can get gunk in them. I've found they stop working after 4 months so I do a replacement.  Don't know what its like in other water catchment areas. In some instances the black filters on top are said to last longer than the fluoride filters in the bottom canister but for me I have to get rid of both after 4 months as the water quality goes down.

Berkey are possibly the best on the market as they get out chlorine, fluoride and other nasty contaminants @Appleblossom I've looked into lots of filters

Re: Good Morning

Thanks @SmilingGecko I am thinking I would like one by the time my grandson visits are regular.  Trying to be optimistic and responsible about the important things in life.  Somethings I am going slowly slowly with.

At first I was thinking of moving and saw some lovely pottery ones which I could take with me, then I thought of staying and thought under sink..  We will see what finally happens ...lol ... what we MANIFEST.

Always lovely to see your inspiring posts ... and just have a chat.

Re: Good Morning

You're welcome @Appleblossom yes hold back on making decisions until you are totally happy with your potential investment, then you won't have buyers regret. I sense you are very thrifty anyway and don't make impulse purchases.
