I am disappointed that The Moon Woman no longer has an online presence. I learned so much from her in this short time through her free materials which she so generously gave. Shes now travelling the world doing face-to-face group settings and may even run a retreat. She was able to make a living from what she did. Many can't. I could not afford any of her programs on my pension and just accepted what was for free.
As of now shes been in India and saw an ayurvedic doctor to flush all her nadis she said. So I have decided to do the same today. Its felt like all my energy channels were open especially in the legs. It was like having acupuncture. But the energy is flowing now. Just made myself some ginger tea and will squeeze in a walk around the neighborhood soon.
Wishing you all a good day.

Wishing you a good day to @Former-Member.
I don't know much about much about energy flows but I have had acupuncture which I found felt almost like electricity going through my veins. It was a really interesting experience.
Can I ask what is the benefit of ginger tea? I really like peppermint tea but haven't had ginger tea.
I hope you are well and I hope you thoroughly enjoy your walk!
Warm wishes,
FloatingFeather

I still have acupuncture for things @FloatingFeather and it works a treat! I use ginger tea for diabetes and as a constipation remedy. My diabetes educator told me about it. It brings the sugars down and loosens the stool. Sorry TMI 😉 Anyway thats what I use it for!

Good morning @Former-Member @MDT @FloatingFeather @Former-Member @TAB @Judi9877 and all
Rain has just kicked in here, but it is much cooler than it has been, so I'm still planning on walking later. Not a lot else happening here today. Maybe some housework.
I hope you are well and have good days 🙂

Youre so funny @FloatingFeather. I used to drink ginger tea from a sachet. It was manufactured as dried granules with honey. The name of the brand is Gold Kili. It is a beautifully warming taste and so sweet on the palate. You can buy from Asian grocers. I learned about if from a naturopath. He said it was great for turbo charging your metabolism as well as warming to the body and soothing in cold weather. There are other brands of ginger tea made with sweeteners but Gold Kili is the best according to what I've tried. It does however contain gluten so you may wish to bear it in mind if you have gluten intolerance or ceoliacs. These days I just grate ginger and put it in a tea strainer. I notice its for sale on ebay and amazon. But you can easily go to an Asian grocer. The market is proliferated with this brand of tea. You can get 10 in a box or buy a large plastic bag with more of them ❤️
