It's pretty warm and very humid in Melbourne - and cloudy - there has been a cool change forecast and that will be welcome I think
My grand-daughter is coming to Melbourne for a wedding (not hers) in February. She's vegan so yesterday I went up to the local coffee shop to see if they had a vegan menu - no - they don't - but they do have salads and the deli in the same street has Tahini grain salad so we think we can work out lunch together. I respect other people's dietary choices but I like meat. I think it's so nice that cattle and sheep eat grass and turn it into protein for me. I did have a vegetarian phase in the past but now - that's too messy and complicated for me on my own
I think I have gone off topic - the reason I started this is that I had a flat white at the coffee shop yesterday - I used to do this often before the lock-down and I would have liked to have one today but it's just plain "heavy" outside. It's nice and pleasant here with my computer and the forum
Enjoy the day if possible - some people have had an unofficial long weekend so I heard - if you are - and want to - make the most of it
