Hey @TAB liked the picture of your treat! Have you ever eaten tiger nuts? Very few people have heard of them. They sell them in the Macro range at Woolworths. They aren't a nut as the name states but rather a tuber. They taste fantastic. I tried them last year. You can make milk out of them, eat them straight from the pack or use in recipes. They are a nice healthy treat and I think they are gluten free going by memory. Something for your next shopping list! lol
