Hello @Former-Member how are you?  I have some news to report have trimmed down quite A LOT. Can't mention how much due to SANE guidelines but I am thrilled. Just walking every day, carb counting, resistance band training and earthing mat.  Its incredible!  Woke up this morning and blood sugars were 6.2 which is better.  Able to pick things up from the floor without straining. Just got to get it down a bit more! @Dimity gave me new resistance band training exercises the other day which were great. How is your fitness journey going?

only 30 here today. Should make the most of it not being 35 plus. Got to get up and do a few things from list hey lol

Hey @Former-Member I hope you enjoyed a well deserved break!  You spoke to me last year about doing a thread for mindfulness. I think I declined due to the fact I have not explored that meditation technique and have instead used other styles. Over xmas I came across a mindfulness audio which I listened to which really put me "in the zone". You may wish to share it on the mindfulness thread yourself. Its a great little audio with noticeable lasting benefits. I'm glad I tried it! 🙂

Its quite cool it uses morphonogenetic frequencies to get the desired state of mindfulness. I like listening to it and the way it makes me feel @Former-Member Its a little bit different to self guided practice as the frequencies create the effect without having to use focussing techniques

Hello @TAB hows the Centrelink debacle going? Mercury will go direct next week on Wednesday so communication will start to open up and blocks will be undone.  I'm waiting until next week to broach an important discussion with someone as I don't want to be misunderstood.
