You have had lots of sympathy about it @TAB
All I ever got was 'suck it up sunshine'. Everyone else had bigger troubles than me.
Tho, I had one Gp be honest about the limits of surgical remedies for me. He warned me off and a chiro warned me off.
Had new neighbour explain the damage to her back by operations just the other day.
Keep hearing that stuff. Some surgery is less problematic.
Good luck with yours.

Happy Friday everyone!
@MDT I hope you’re feeling a lot better after your illness. Stay strong forumite friend.
I’m thinking of all the forumites who are in Victoria and in the middle of the rain episode right now in the rest of the country. I hope you’re safe and well. As for my part of Melbourne, we had rain on and off last night but no flooding which was great. I stayed at home working on knitting a blanket for charity and doing some cross stitching which I’ve rediscovered as a hobby and am enjoying. I’ve also had to restart knitting a cable scarf for my housemates mother as it got ruined after juice spilt on it which also required me ordering more wool so an expensive little exercise and lesson that was. It’s cool though as it means I’m going to focus on not making any mistakes on it like I did the last time I worked on it back in June this year.
Take care and stay safe!

Good Morning @Judi9877 is cross stitch Tomboy Stitch ? As kid would put 4 nails in wooden cotton reel and go around lifting wool over nails once it was started. I made a thing to put teapot on . Was used for like 20 years..
