@TAB I have a durable hydraulic heavy metal fan in my room. No ceiling fans. Have plenty of trees near windows and a cheap product called Renshade on my windows - its reflective foil and reduces heat. Also have bamboo blinds outside the house. I think costs of electricity are going to sky rocket even further.
I came up with another idea for you yesterday re: housing. There are welfare agencies in Melbourne that match disabled and elderly clients with housemates who provide company and some daily chores in exchange for free accomodation. I will look it up. I think it was Do-care in Melbourne, you would have something similar in Perth. You would have compassion and insight into ill-health an what it means for someone living alone requiring live-in support

Hey @MDT just organising some lunch here. Glad you got some sleep last night. I have melatonin that I use occasionally. You've been going through a lot. Just look after YOU. It must be so hard having all this stuff having bearing on your situation. Youre coping the best way you can.
