Re: Good Morning!

Solutions can come rapidly in your dreams @Former-Member Just put the intention before you sleep to resolve the problem.

I usually draw a "Cho ku rei" reiki symbol in the air while laying down to activate the symbol so answers emerge in my dream state.  You don't have to be initiated into reiki to do it.  "Cho ku rei" also "adds power" when losses are being felt. It will give power to you in difficult situations.

It can also be used as a symbol of protection before you catch the bus. Just go to a quiet place before you leave work and do the Cho ku rei symbol in the air.  There are plenty of resources online about this symbol ❤️

Picture on how to draw Cho Ku  Rei.  Just follow the arrows!  You can also put it on your computer at work for added protection if you feel ill at ease around co-workers. Just focus on it and all will be well

Re: Good Morning!

Hey @Former-Member
I reckon it could be the anxious mind. It can happen to me at times
Case on point in my job I start thinking that people think I'm incapable and a moron and dunno anything. "Oh this guy doesn't know anything he's a muppet"

Its an anxious mind thing and it comes from the insecurity

Idk my man. Hope thus helps somehow

Re: Good Morning!

@MDT Good to hear you were on top of the work in your new job. Scoring goals!

@Former-Member From a human rights based perspective, you have the right to take up the full physical space you need. Making small physical movements, rather than being too still and feeling afraid or upset can help rejiggle the universe in your favour without need for an altercation.

That said I was once in a train in Italy and there was barely enough space for my feet on the floor and we really were packed in like sardines.

Re: Good Morning!

Hey @Former-Member

I came home from work early- combination of the weird headache/mild nausea/tired thing I've had the past week, and I'd done what needed to be done today

Mood wise not great at the moment, but shite happens, hey

I hope youre ok @StuF after resting.  Just be tolerant with yourself and what you are experiencing right now.  Wishing you some positive level of wellbeing.  Things will get better again it would be nice if we had more level footing
