I know @TAB its getting ridiculous. I try and stretch my budget but notice the inherent financial squeeze with inflation. I did read its going to get worse according to economists. I belong to budgetting groups and there are great tips. But its the economy not much you can do other than live as frugally as possible! lol

I did read it was going up but did not know if it was just pensions or including disability pensions. It would be great if it went up by $50 but I was thinking they would be more conservative than that. Anyway we shall see @TAB

It goes up by CPI ie inflation so guessing wont be 2% more like 6 @Former-Member

OK @TAB could do with the extra cash. With the price of lettuce am eating lots of smashed avo as a substitute lol! Did come across some money saving hacks from the senior economist in The Age today. Websites like: car next door, glam corner and the volte. Great ways on making passive income on assets you have or saving money just by renting stuff instead of buying!
