Ok sweet @TAB @thanks answer as many as you feel comfortable answering. But:
1. how long have you worked?
2. What was the general atmosphere of the places you worked at?
3. Have you ever disclosed you mh?
4. Have you relapsed or only ever had depression once.
5. Do you think you thrived?
6. Is there a stigma about depression you’ve experienced?
you get the idea
I don’t personally remember much about my depression and I’ve moved on and it hasn’t come back. My mum only ever had it once, long story for her but it has never come back. Plus I worked a whole year and a half before the question about my mh came up in the past when I was untreated lol

1.prob easier to say how long I Haven't worked for @Former-Member at least 10 years .
also how many jobs/assignments have I walked out on ? Prob over 20 easily
or how many bad choices of jobs or jobs thought I 'had' to do that shouldn't have or didn't
help me? Heaps
ive been depressed on and off most of adult life ok in retrospect
there is no General atmosphere . Usually worse at small or family businesses plus laborhire , all to be Avoided.
if places ok its all good. Sometimes still left, dunno.
overall I have not 'thrived' i went to uni 20yrs ago, did ok there yes prob thrived and prob did ok for a while in a lot of different roles and jobs til negative thoughts and saw leaving as only solution
anyway hard to say re stigma. Short answer is Yes and dont tell anyone at work. Depression is one of those things employers pay lip service to. But they really just see it as a problem and All problems to them are solved by letting people go
