Hey @TAB how are you going today? I've just ordered a Subway, couldn't be bothered doing lunch. Will get it delivered by an uber. What is happening in your world? Life for me is kind of ok I guess...

@StuFsending my condolences your way about your cousin. Thatās sad to hear. Take things easy forumite friend!
Iāve got a day planned at home knitting and crocheting and taking things easy after being discharged from hospital on Wednesday afternoon. Iām trying to slowly work back into a routine to small success. Itās been a bit of an adjustment after having 15 days in hospital so Iām trying to take things easy on myself.
Take care!

Thanks @Judi9877
So good you've been discharged. But yeah, take it easy- always hard to adjust after that length of hospital stay. Have a good one š

Hi @StuF,
Very sorry to hear about your cousin's passing. Even when it's for the best because they have been in a bad way it still can be very painful. I agree, 45 is way too young.
My dad passed away from a long battle with Parkinson's Dementia and even though it was for the best it still hurt a lot when it happened. I guess it just made it so final.
Sitting in grief is never comfortable but I realised that it was better to let it be and feel the feelings than trying to push them away. I think feeling the emotions and sitting with them helps with the healing.
Hope you're okay @StuF.
Take care,
FloatingFeather

Agreed re the emotions and allowing them to be.
I'm heartbroken for his mum and sister- he'd had complex needs all his life and they fought so hard for him to have a decent life (which he loved despite his difficulties)...and now he's gone
Shit hey š
