I love the lemongrass flavours in a lot of Vietnamese cooking @Shaz51 @hanami @Former-Member @Appleblossom but not sure about having it in tea.  And I dont drink coffee.  Love your very healthy looking plant there @Shaz51 and the cute fence. Glad to hear your Mum is feeling a little better.  How about you though Shaz,  how is your sore throat?  Have you had a covid test?

my covid test was negative @Emelia8  which is good 

still sore , lots of throat lollies and flu tablets -- just wont go away

the house was built in 1915 , not sure when about the fence

Your saying if you are different you are lonely is so true, I have never fit into Australian society. I have always found it difficult to socialise as I have not much in common with most people

Hey @Historylover how are you going in this cold rainy Melbourne weather?  I've been resting inbetween doing manageable things around the house given my energy levels.  Its freezing here but am allready doing some spring cleaning! Another round of small tasks to tick off of my to-do list!

I used to live in Thornbury 30 years ago before the yuppies all started taking over @Appleblossom It was a 10 minute trip to the city of Melbourne, it was so accessible to everything. Used to love inner city life. I now live in a semi regional area as I now prefer a slower paced existence
