Hey @StuF I've had a good start to the day except its only 9 degrees in Melbourne. Sitting here in thermals, clothing and infinity scarf + electric throw at my computer desk. Had a phone consult with my GP and did my first e-script!!! So convenient - did not have to go to the clinic to pick up a script it was sent to my e-mails then I forwarded it onto the pharmacy. The doctors usually send a QR code to your phone or e-mail address. My phone does not do QR codes so did a bit of research and realised I could do it via e-mail instead. So avoided a waiting room full of germs and having to pick it up. I used to do my prescriptions via an online pickup/delivery service where you upload your scripts and send them electronically but it was costing extra money just to have them separately picked up and delivered

Sorry I missed this then went back further @SmilingGecko um yeah they're in fridge, near garlic bread, fresh pasta etc
pre made ones can be disappointing Yes you're right. Not been to an Aldi in years . There are 2 near here. Also 3 coles. Funny how some have stuff others dont with broken ranges . Even some homebrand things have to go to one down the road but its way better and more stuff. Nearly time to head to new/old drs been avoiding it as old gp offered to keep doing scripts for a while then they got a bit narky ha ha

I was just talking to StuF about e-scripts. I took your advice @TAB last week and did more research on e-scripts and fortunately they CAN send them to your e-mails on your computer. So its saved me the money and the fuss of another service arranging my meds online and the cost of having them home delivered.
I had a phone consult today and the GP just sent me a script to my e-mail! I've avoided going out and being around germs. Its a pretty cool idea. I gathered from the doctor not many people use e-scripts for some reason. I was under the impression it was only for people with Android/iPhones

Thank you for tag @BPDSurvivor
Hope your hospital visit is worth it @Judi9877
@SmilingGecko That is our pizza approach.
I rarely buy freezer meals, not worth it, just pies and dumplings.
@TAB I tend to go to 4 different supermarkets, spread the custom and get varied stuff.
Hey @StuF @Shaz51 @greenpea and all following this thread...
This is an interesting twist on the random acts of kindness. It seems the "influencer" was not being random or kind at all, just boosting views.

Thats good @TAB. You know I hate going to Dr's clinics. Much prefer tele health. Now I know how to do e-scripts!
I'm glad you were able to get on top of things with your GP. Its like that when you get older, nothing ever is in proper order lol. Well you've had your day out. What mischief are you up to this afternoon?

Wow thats a pretty good property for the price @TAB it even has orange carpet in keeping with a 70's house. I hope you get it or something like it.
I have scripts about the place - only recently had the good sense to staple them and keep them in a chemist paper bag.
Getting out is good. I like sitting on my patio drinking in the sunshine. We have a bistro/cafe locally that has a nice open fire during winter. I used to go there during summers to cool off in air conditioned surounds. They don't mind you being there so long as you order. For some reason this place never drew in people unless it was travellers as it had a hotel attached. Once I rang them up and asked if I could come in because it was too hot at home without aircon. The lady told me to do cheap bets on the pokies so the security guards wouldn't throw me out lol. It worked! Around midnight it was still 30 something degrees outside and here I am someone who does not gamble clicking on the cheapest bet to stay somewhere cool. So funny!
