Re: Good Morning!

Hey @Judi9877

Sorry to hear you're doing it tough at the moment, but as you say, you are in hospital- the right place to be for now.

I hope they get your meds sorted and get your head in a better space so you can be discharged asap

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB I've seen one person do a tiny home but they cost a lot.  She nearly got washed away in the floods and sold her tiny home recently inexchange for a mobile home on wheels.

Had to look up Stratco - theyre a type of Bunnings (hardware/lifetstyle store)

If you want to go eco tent I did hear from a USA prepper recently who researched all the tents on the global market and found an Australian tent (!) that has been rigorously designed to stop hot air getting in.

He bought one and its part of his survival strategy if things get unbearably hot over summer. Hes a millionaire yet he still bought this tent in the event of the electricity grid going out. Its the only tent he recommends for unbearable heat.

He runs a big healthfood company in the USA and is in the know about all the prepping essentials on the market.

I can get the link for the free e-book he wrote on prepping which includes a reference to where you can buy this tent ❤️

okay I stayed in one of these in Broome years ago

stratco do sheds and indoor outdoor decks and patios

https://www.stratco.com.au/au/patio--outdoor-living/patios--carports

could do mix and match based on roof for shelter, they have screens, stuff can use for ventilated walls, etc etc have something enclosed for winter, eco tent for summer all on a deck bali bath and japanese spa etc

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB I have checked out the eco tents you liked.  Don't know how well they would survive harsh heat.  You would want to know if it was comfortable temperature inside the tent during extreme temperatures.

I do know of a website that provides names of people who are happy for you to park your tiny home on their property in exchange for rental. They may accept a tent instead of a tiny home. I got it off the Tiny Home Expo information page. May work out cheaper that for buying land.

www.parkmytinyhouse.com.au

Checked out Stratco yes decking etc

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB heres the link for the e-book. You can also listen to it as an audio. But there are references to this amazing tent in this document.  Its easy to wade through this info. Just to provide you with more options regarding buying a suitable tent
