@Former-Member sending positive thoughts your way in relation to the work situation.
As for me, I enjoyed my break although I had plenty of periods of anxiety which wasn’t good. I’m still trying to deal with it the best I can. I went away without my anxiety tablets which caused me some troubles as I was put in a situation where I had to rely on other coping strategies to get me through the anxiety periods. Luckily for me I had my knitting so that really helped in a big way. I did a short 3 hour cruise where I just sat and looked at the Lakes Entrance scenery and took some photos which was nice and I handled it really well. I think I’m just going to have to accept my anxiety for what it is and deal with it the best I can. My GP gave me a script for some anxiety tablets which I got filled yesterday so I’m feeling a bit better knowing I have them around even if I haven’t taken any yet. I’ll just see how things go I guess. I’m just going to try and relax for a few hours by working on some craftwork and go from there.
Take care and stay safe!

Oh @Judi9877 I can imagine how forgetting your anxiety meds caused worry. Whenever I go away I fear I'll forget my medication! It sounds like you managed okay though. Knitting is so soothing, I wish I was good at it. I'm okay, can do very basic stuff
Sounds like you are holidaying at a beautiful spot!
