Re: Good Morning!

Hi @Former-Member hi @MDT and anyone passing what are you guys up to today? I’m just at home as not feeling up to the tasks at work, been there 2 months. Not feeling appreciated there = me not wanting to work for them under no contract as well other than verbal so can leave anytime

Re: Good Morning!

I see @Former-Member
Its a weird whacks roller coaster when it comes to work and employment in this country. I feel this could be said of all countries in the west too.
We are told to be X so we are X and yet they want Y so we do Y and yet we are told to be X again. It's a cycle isn't it?

Anyway my friend I hope you get some answers. I wish I knew myself.

Hearing you dude

Re: Good Morning!

Dunno why but this song makes me feel a bit more at ease

Think it's the rhythm or the synth ?

Re: Good Morning!

No good @Former-Member I'm sorry you feel unappreciated and working in a suboptimal work culture. Its not your fault.  There are plenty of equal opportunity employers out there and disabled employment agencies to choose from. Don't let this incident get you down! Its difficult I know. I used to work in equal opportunity jobs and non supervised jobs to avoid unwelcome scrutiny.  These included working as a taste tester in a supermarket and house cleaning. They were easy jobs to do and non supervised

Re: Good Morning!

Hello @MDT youre up bright as a button.  I forgot to set an alarm.  I usually wake up early.

Re: Good Morning!

yeah @Former-Member
I usually find that waking up earlier has had better results for me throughout the day
Not enough sleep is bad, but too much is equally as bad.
I have an interview today - a tad nervous but I feel settled. It's a mental health role so I have experience (lol) in that department. Sent off application for something totally different too.
Did beach walk/run
Getting there somehow through brute force and willpower

Re: Good Morning!

I follow the chinese chi cycle normally which is a body clock routine covered in the book The Perfect Day Plan.  I forgot to set my alarm clock but yeah youre right sleeping in is no good for you.  I feel better waking up, doing my spiritual practice then getting the day on the road. I would never be without the chi cycle
