Hi @Former-Member hi @MDT and anyone passing what are you guys up to today? I’m just at home as not feeling up to the tasks at work, been there 2 months. Not feeling appreciated there = me not wanting to work for them under no contract as well other than verbal so can leave anytime

No good @Former-Member I'm sorry you feel unappreciated and working in a suboptimal work culture. Its not your fault. There are plenty of equal opportunity employers out there and disabled employment agencies to choose from. Don't let this incident get you down! Its difficult I know. I used to work in equal opportunity jobs and non supervised jobs to avoid unwelcome scrutiny. These included working as a taste tester in a supermarket and house cleaning. They were easy jobs to do and non supervised

I follow the chinese chi cycle normally which is a body clock routine covered in the book The Perfect Day Plan. I forgot to set my alarm clock but yeah youre right sleeping in is no good for you. I feel better waking up, doing my spiritual practice then getting the day on the road. I would never be without the chi cycle

Hams I wish I knew myself more too, am working on it instead of doubt etc. I think work helps, taking a day off today made me realize what is important and probs will footwork tomorrow to talk through my issues @MDT
