No good dear @MDT.  Lots of younger folk have worries about their future so you are not alone there.  The world is fragmenting before our eyes and there does not appear to be much hope.  Lean into what your body is telling you and begin to act from that place.  Ask your body what it needs and how to derive it energetically.  The keys to finding solace lie in the energetic maps of the body.

As you know I'm a new peer support worker here. I'm wondering how you are going? Did you manage to take a walk and try to clear your mind a bit? 

 

I'm so sorry you're feeling so low about your future. Was there something in particular that triggered your feelings today?

gonna now spend time working on some self development writing to hopefully deal with this black spot atm

yes - just all the notion of future career, linkedin etc etc etc... it all gets hard. Asking myself questions over potential... all of it

I know @MDT  life can certainly get tricky.  Have been feeling it myself.  Getting energy moving is a great idea, it will certainly make you feel a bit better to some degree. Hope you have a much deserved rest tonight

..oh Hams  ..  here's an idea ..forget about all the twisting and turning and worrying , and just go and do something that pays money that you can do ? okay I say that as I see, job, job no good , job beneath me, not happy now, but making a .. Job .. out of not working  etc etc Take it easy @MDT  let yourself off the hook .. go drive a forklift or something, will meet people , cruisy job etc ,,,,,

I need it to be meaningful. Hoping to have a chance in mental health support work.
Have a phone Wednesday and also had one yesterday waiting to hear back for next stage
That'd be good to do short term.

Did my walk and it helped. Did some writing and it helped too.

Feeling okay. Gonna go bed same time tonight as last night and go gym in early morning then tackle next day (to quote David Bowie)
