Good morning @TAB its 8:00am here and got the lawnmower man to shovel dirt into my vegie planters this morning.  Am looking forward to see what the garden can yield. Today I have an extra bag of carrots and zucchini so will blanch then freeze for future.

No good @TAB have you ever thought of healing off Sapien Medicine (you tube)? Really sorry to hear about your knee @TAB! @Former-Member has offered some suggestions that have worked for them, and I am wondering if you have seen a GP or other allied health professional to take a look at your knee?

Hoping that you are able to get some support for your knee soon 🙂
