@MDT hello. I'm just about to organise lunch after checking in with an elderly facebook friend who lives with mental illness like us. The joys of getting older 😞 Its what we have to look forward to in life. Hes being well cared for by NDIS but I sense he won't be around much longer. His body is failing but his spirit is strong

@Former-Member
I have a lot of things to synchronise, so not all my gardening gets that kind of attention. Also limited sun in very small space.
@MDT We were told to buy food online during lockdown last year. I tried a few times but I could not do it. Fake pictures just could not convince me, even if people said they got decent stuff. Old habits die hard ...
@greenpea ohh gently with yourself. Deep breaths.
Have you ever done Tai Chi or Chi Gong? Slow movement inside ... says she who ought to do more ....lol
@TAB You will come down to earth soon enough. New work places can be pretty stressful. I am no longer up for that kind of thing.
@Historylover Just Hugs and hang in there.

Yes hes a lovely man with a big heart, its just such a shame its come to this @MDT I realise I may be losing him in the not too distant future. He is so creative with his artwork and has a deep love of literature. He can't do the things he normally used to do yet never complains and bears his ill health with enormous dignity. I am 10 years younger than him. He has secure housing and NDIS supports being surrounded by his daughter and his grandkids. I just want to see him happy 😊in his final years
