try that @Historylover  I kept taking bits of address out til it worked, looks like was entered twice as well

Re: Good Morning!

Was chatting abut this today @Appleblossom

I recently embraced the phrase - an apple a day keeps the doctor away

And avoid sugar.

In terms of nutrients... I have no idea hey

Re: Good Morning!

Sorry @Historylover @Former-Member

Thanks @TAB that fixed it.

@MDT Its pretty typical at your age.  I did not start to care about food and nutrition til mid 20s .... even tho I had worked a lot in hospitality ... still felt unsure about it when kids came along ... there is more info out now ....  one thing at a time ...

Re: Good Morning!

@Appleblossom the governments are trying to label produce "fortified" a fancy and deceptive term to get people to think they have nutrition in them.  I learned this from Friends of the Earth.  Fortified means nothing except the produce is GMO and is covered in pesticides.  Try look into an organic produce delivery service.  I was given to understand it would be expensive but its $50/box for a single person household.  You end up buying less food then you did before on GMO because the food is filling and you are actually satiated so you end up eating less. My overall food bill does not come to much.  I am now looking into growing my own organic produce 💗

Re: Good Morning!

Had my apple for the day @Appleblossom
Lol
