Hi there @Appleblossom
I just had a look at that link you forwarded, something that struck a chord in me was when he mentioned to 'act from the heart' - what a beautiful & wise thing.

@Appleblossom courage comes from the latin word for heart - "coeur" there are yogic exercises to develop courage such as the kundalini practice of drawing the bow. It will steady you and make you feel as if the world has your back. Compassion comes from activating your soul star chakra, it will give you compasion and also show you the way for fulfilling your life's destiny.

Hi @Judi9877
Sounds like there's been a lot on this week for you, with moving house, uni work and your wellbeing.
I hope that things feel a little more calmer for you in the little while.
Do you have any time to enjoy your knitting sometime soon?
Take care

Its long been on my radar. I started off on forum by distinguishing between heart stuff and romantic stuff ... did not want all that conflated. I am very interested.

Soul star activation literally changed my life. I try to stay held within the practice of keeping it balanced as much as possible. You can research soul star chakra to get more info. You can use hertz frequencies off you tube which are free of course. You can find them on this you tube channel "Prospect Meditation Tools" Enter in search bar on the you tube channel: chakra 8 (soul star) You can go higher with the rest of the universal chakras if you wish
